Limousine Q & A:
• What is the minimum amount of time to rent a limousine or sedan?
Depending on the day and time requested, the minimum can be as low as three hours. Weekend day time minimums are normally 4 hours and night time (after 6 pm) are 5 to 6 hour minimums.
• Do we pay for the limousine while in a restaurant, concert or other event?
Yes. The vehicle is yours from start to finish. Company policy is that the vehicle stays within 5 minutes of you at all times.
XTC Limousine does not offer split shifts.
• Can we smoke in the limousines or sedans?
All of our limousines and sedans are non-smoking. 1st offense: $300 fee - 2nd offense: END OF RENTAL - NO REFUND
• Can we drink alcohol in the limousines?
Yes. As long as you are 21 or older, you may drink alcohol in our limousines.
• Can we drink alcohol in the sedans?
No. Transportation companies operating sedans are subject to the same laws as personal vehicles.
• Does XTC Limousine carry commercial insurance of their vehicles?
Yes. Each of our limousines has $1.5 million in liability coverage of commercial insurance with a leading limousine insurance company. This should be considered and asked about when getting quotes for service from other limousine services. If the hourly rate seems too low this could be a reason why. Normal car insurance will NOT cover limousines. Anyone can purchase a limousine and say they are a business, which does NOT mean that they are.
