I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the exceptional service you have provided. We booked multiple reservations with XTC for my parents recent trip to the Rose Bowl Parade. They were very impressed with your service. The driver was early for each pick up (even their 5am return flight), professionally dressed with a clean car. They were impressed at how courteous he was in traffic too, even with parade day congestion. He opened doors for them and loaded their parcels. They said he made them feel like royalty! And a special thank you for accomodating the last minute change in their flight (from Burbank to LAX)! I was in a panic not sure how to get them to their hotel, but Richard was calm and collected as he re-routed the driver who still managed to be there before they collected their luggage. I would certainly recommend XTC to anyone looking for transportation for their next trip! Thanks again!Dayle

The limo you suggested worked out very well…all 8 of us plus our luggage fit pretty nicely….grant you with a little organization, but we all fit.We had a wonderful trip, and were pretty tired at the end so just knowing that we had a nice limo waiting for us was a real treat!!! The experience with him was great and made up some for the not so great experience at the restaurants. We used your service last Friday night to go up to a Lakers game. Our driver was Ben, and we wanted to let you know that he did an awesome job! He was very professional (& patient), and he provided great service! We were also very pleased with the limo... it was in perfect condition. Ben, our driver was very courteous and professional. The limo was extremely clean. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with XTC. The customer service from the point of receiving a quote, reservation, arrival time, etc was outstanding and I have already referred XTC to a couple of my friends.

XTC Limousine service was amazing. I have never been in a limo and this was a great first experience. If you are currently looking for a limo service don't waste anymore time and reserve with this guy right now. Our driver Richard was really cool and totally professional. The car was immaculate and was everything that was described online. Awesome time!

I utilized your limousine service last night for a prom and am pleased to report it was the nicest experience I have ever had with a limo company! Every call made to the company was met with a friendly voice and a helpful demeanor. Our driver, Juan, was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
